EmberGen Simply Not Running on Win 10

Hi.

I’m new to EmberGen but wanted to give it a try as an Octane user. However, running latest Win10 with latest NVIDIA studio drivers, with 2 x RTX 3080 GPU the software starts running, I log in, I get a splash screen and then it just crashes out before initialising the UI.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a known issue I can circumvent?

I’d really like to try using it on a medical animation over the next months and am keen to learn!

From the log you sent it runs so far as to even load the project file. Do you have a video of what’s going on?
