Hi, are there any plans to have a syphon or spout plugin, so the visuals could be exported directly to other real time software?
We don’t have any plans to support spout or syphon at this time. Maybe in the future as a few people have asked about it, but our core target is games and film right now.
Ok, thanks for letting me know. Just for clarity, I was asking from an interactive installation perspective. If Spout was available, then embergen could be used for some live projection mapping type things.
Well, Spout combined with some sort of OSC input.
But if it’s not on the cards for now, fair enough
I think we may eventually target it, we just don’t have the resources to dedicate to it. Hopefully we’ll have time to hit up that market in the future too, but of course, cant promise anything. 
It will be amazing if syphon or spout being supported in the near future!! it’ll create lots of possibilities.
