Great software, is there any ways to adjust the bounds parameter as I cant seem to adjust this. Thanks
Hi there, LiquiGen is technically boundless and the bounding box will adjust based on the location of the Liquid. Let me know if you have any questions about this!
This might be because there is a lifetime limit on the particles. If you increase this does that fix your issue?
Hi! @mcnamex,
Could you solve it? I have the same problem about bounds.
When I export an alembic (mesh or paticles) always de cache is limited to a bound that i don’t see in Liquidgen.
Thanks!
This is a memory based bound. You would need to increase the amount of memory you are allocating to your voxel resources in the simulation node.
Hi
i am facing the bounding issue like this.
when i increase the resolution (Voxel size) i am facing this issue.
Is there any way to adjust this.
Hi thanks for reaching out about this. I am not quite sure what the issue is here, can you provide your project files and a description of how to replicate the issue so that I can look into it?
Were you able to figure out why his sim was getting clipped? I have the exact same issue. My bounding box follows my sim up to a certain point. And then it just clips is just like in praneeth’s case.
hi thank you for your msg.
how i can share the project files? Please let me know.
The issue i am talking about is because of bounds. Cant increase the bounds that why there is cut in the simulation. with higher value of voxel size for example in the same scene if the voxel size is 0.08 it covers the total area, will be adjusting all the colliders and additional forces at last if wanted to simulate with high resolution like 0.04 in voxel size then the bound issue starts.
please go through the attached images.
You can include the LiquiGen file and all imported meshes into a zip file and then upload that to dropbox or google drive so that I can download it and send to the team!
