I bought the monthly ‘rent-to-own’ subscription and after the second installment went off this morning the suite says I am not licensed to export VDB anymore? License manager says the suite is activated but Embergen can’t export VDB’s, what am I doing wrong?

Hi there, It seems that overnight it has corrected itself, perhaps needed some time to apply.
Thank you for your reply and willingness to assist, much appreciated. I will see if it’s a monthly renewal time issue/delay when the next billing takes place.
