(EmberGen) Consistent crash when exporting single vdb frame

Hi,

I am getting consistently reproducible crash when trying to export a single vdb frame at 256 in the new default scene:

  1. Open new default EmberGen scene
  2. Select the Export VDB node, set first frame to 256 and Num Frames to 1
  3. Set output path for the VDB files
  4. Click Export Now
