Hey EmberGen community,
I need your help in exploring post-processing effects within EmberGen.
I’m a beginner. I’m currently using a Volume Processing node to add a Motion Blur effect to my effect.
However, I’d like to combine this with the Dilate effect to achieve the outcome that I want.
Additionally, I’m curious if I could also apply a sharpness filter, not for this specific effect (wispy smoke trail on a weapon) if not, I guess I could do that in Photoshop as well, but I’d prefer to do that in the EmberGen itself.
Your guidance and suggestions would be immensely appreciated!
Hi there,
Unfortunately you cannot combine multiple post processing effects. We want to have this in the future but this is a current limitation based on the architecture we’ve built so far. But we appreciate the input, let us know if you have any more questions or suggestions!
Kind regards,

Shame! Do you have any tips on how I could achieve what I have in mind in another way?
We do have Raymarch Sharpening in the Shading node that could give you the sharpening you want. You’ll want to use a healthy amount since too much will start to cause artifacts in the render, but it does help a lot
Let me know if this helps!
