Is there a way to achieve a proper high pass? The curvature node seem similar but has weird artifacts. The “radius” adjustment is also somewhat limited.

Decreasing the intensity amplification from the default 100% to 2-3% helps a lot!

A Shape node with the intensity remap curve adjusted to produce a white circle. The Curvature node’s Filter Width is set to 1.
