How to render ignition phase of looping Embergen simulation

Hi. Really enjoying using Embergen, it’s fantastic software.

I’ve created a looping sim that renders and exports correctly. However, for my purposes, I also need the ignition phase, which I’d play once and then play the loop continuously. I’ve tried many things, including removing the loop and then export the ignition phase, but the last frame of the ignition phase is quite different to the first frame of the rendered looping phase. I imagine this because Embergen changes the simulation of the looping frames so they will… loop.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’m pretty sure now that this isn’t possible, and instead I’ll need to do a short crossfade from a separate ignition phase into the looping phase. It’s probably a super niche need, but would be nice to be able to do this in the future. e.g. an option to include the ignition phase in the overall render and for the last frame of the ignition phase and the first frame of the looping phase to be sequentially correct, visually.
