I forgot my password for the jangafx account, I kind of got in to it with my mail link to reach the account handling, but then going to the main jangafx account and order, I still have to log in..but I forgot the password for that, so..tried reset password, but no password reset is sent to that mail, not in the trash mail either.
I had no issues restoring the password for the jangaforum though, it arrived to the trashcan but that I was aware of..it´s just the password for loging in in the main site that isn´t sent out.
It´s an hotmail account, and that is what ivé used before, can´t use another mail account.
Simply put, I need to reset my purchasing account password, by having a new sent to my mail account connected to it, but the system fails to send a mail
