I have trouble creating a per-pixel checkers pattern: I attached my best attempt. At first glance it looks good but some of the squares end up being a bit darker:
EDIT: Even the brighter ones are not full white.
Any guesses what is going on?
EDIT #2: Of course it’s easy to fix by adjusting contrast but I’m curious. 
(Also, 15 characters minimum title length? Why?)
