Exporting a looping image sequence with 'Looping' enabled produces a bad first frame

I had two 100 frame sims from Embergen (image sequence TGA) importing into Illugen.

Start frame 0, 100 total frames, Looping set to enabled.

I channel packed relevant data into a single RGB texture and set to export.

Export: First Frame 0, Number of Frames 100, set directory and filename (name_packed_###.TGA).

Upon importing the new set of image sequences, I noticed a hiccup in the flipbook.
The first frame was “bad”, like it was a frame from a different slice of the flipbook.
