Cant Log In to Embergen App

Hi,

I have an Octane Enterprise subscription, with which I used to login. After updating I can’t seem to login the usual way. Password or username is not working any more.

Please help.

Hi there,

Are you talking about logging in to JangaFX or logging into OTOY? You may need to contact them about this issue if EmberGen isn’t working with your login credentials.
